Our help center was created based around the most commonly asked questions by the community and we have tried to make it as seemingless and easy as possible to navigate it.

  • How to search:

    • You can now search for specific keywords using the search bar to pin point specific topics.

    • Alternatively you can navigate the 5 collections and their articles.

  • What you will find:

    • Detailed step by step guides and how-tos.

    • Most commonly asked questions and their answers.

    • Transaction errors and how to fix them.

    • General information about the Emeris dashboard.

If you do not find an answer to your question within the articles, you can open the messenger app to reach out to one of the dedicated Emeris support agents.

The messenger app is located on the bottom right corner of your screen where you will be greeted by the custom bot.

The custom bot will guide will first guide you through some simple steps and in most cases it will provide you with an answer to your query. If not, it will direct you to an agent.

  • As of now, the messenger app does not provide live chat.

  • An email will be sent to the support team and you will be able to view the agents reply via the messenger app when the app is opened. An email will also be sent to your email inbox where you can view the agents response.
