As with every app, we might have hiccups sometimes! Worry not, we’re here to help. We’ve put together this quick guide for you to tell us what’s going on and provide us with all the relevant information for us to help you as quickly as possible.
Reporting a bug
Important note: The official support site for Emeris is support.emeris.com. If you find yourself getting support from social media or any other channel (Telegram, Twitter, Medium...) beware that it may be a scam.
If you find yourself experiencing a technical glitch:
Go to support.emeris.com
At the bottom right corner, click on the Messenger icon
Click on send us a message
Select Report a bug
Finally, enter your email address and a description of the bug.
When describing the issue, please include:
The wallet address or transaction hash you were using when facing the issue
A screenshot of what is happening
If you can include a short video (it’s even better)
If you can't take a screenshot, please describe the steps you took up until experiencing the glitch
The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to replicate what happened and the easier it is to start investigating.
After you submit your issue, it may take us between 6 to 24 business hours to get back to you. We appreciate your patience in the meantime :)
